Grief can be a sticky place. There isn’t always an up or a down, or a destination, sometimes you are just inside of it.
In my own grief I found the response or solution given to me was to be finding my way out, or staying positive and pulling up those bootstraps, as it were.
I found that simply company in the dark was far more helpful. Grief can’t be rushed, and sometimes you fall all the way into that void.
The Cocoon is a place where there isn’t anything asked of you, it’s about company in the dark.
Who these sessions are for:
you are in the thick of some sticky grief
you are in a transitional space
you are on the floor
you are in limbo and or unclear of forward movement
you are maybe feeling exhausted by the feeling or pressure to be doing, or “fixing”
you would like some company in the dark
